Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive guidance and tailored solutions to help clients meet their financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to business partners, review financial goals, build plans, and recommend brokerage products.

Qualifications

Holds Series 7 licenses and Series 66; or 63/65 with plan to obtain missing series within 60 days.
At least one year of experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
At least one year in financial services or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
Ability to set and achieve goals while building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals using brokerage products.
Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
Triages client requests and referrals to appropriate internal service providers.
Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
