Qualifications

• Ability to manage time, navigate complexity and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience incorporating regulatory due diligence into client strategies

Responsibilities

• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers
• Plans clients' short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Maintains compliance with SAFE Act requirements for mortgage lending roles
• Identifies potential new clients and expands client base through referrals
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs
