• Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65 in lieu)
• 1+ year in investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services
• 1+ year in financial services or sales with target attainment
• Ability to set and meet goals, build relationships, and collaborate effectively
• Strong communication skills and client engagement across channels
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies
• Availability to work Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products and banking solutions
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on asset thresholds
• Mitigate risk in daily activities
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services
