Qualifications

• Series7 and66 licenses required (or Series63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry.
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Proven ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture relationships, communicate confidently with clients, and navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Efficiently manage time and regulatory due diligence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Triage client leads and refer when appropriate based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan and recommend brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial centre clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services.
