Job summary

HCA Healthcare seeks a Director of Operations - Anesthesia in Webster, TX. This onsite leadership role oversees anesthesia program management and implement standardized operations across the enterprise footprint, with travel to Houston area facilities as needed.

The position requires 5–8 years in management, healthcare operations experience, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP is preferred. A Master’s degree is desirable. Benefits and growth opportunities accompany this senior leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years’ management experience required, preferably in a hospital setting with multiple locations, business offices or health systems.
• Effective working knowledge of healthcare systems management for clinical operations.
• Experience in leading large, enterprise-scale projects or programs preferred.
• Anesthesia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all activities related to new program operations/implementation.
• Collaborates with Anesthesia Leadership to onboard staff and manage lifecycle activities.
• Create, manage, and oversee Anesthesia project portfolio.
• Manage all project requests (clinical & operational) and approval processes.
• Directs and mentors project managers and oversees portfolio performance.
• Develop executive communications and presentations for leadership teams.
• Facilitates Anesthesia committees to coordinate stakeholders.
• Support growth initiatives and align with hospital facilities and divisions.
