Job Summary And Qualifications

As the Director of Operations for Physician Locum & Traveler Operations for Emergency and Hospital Based Medicine, you will lead the enterprise physician travel team supporting emergency and hospital medicine programs nationwide. Responsibilities include assisting with locum support (in-house and third party), program coverage needs, scheduling, contracts, compensation models, physician onboarding, credentialing, privileges, compliance, and ensuring accuracy across all processes. The position also encompasses labor management to maintain effective operations and support clinical performance. This Director will also assist on long term strategic growth of growing this team to an in-house model. Provide physician traveler support during disaster recovery events, ensuring continuity of care and operational stability in the aftermath of hurricanes, tornadoes, and other emergencies.

The Director also provides leadership and strategic direction for operational performance and growth, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality healthcare services. This role
