Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Nashville, TN seeks a visionary Vice President of Anesthesia Operations to lead the anesthesia service line across divisions, drive performance, and develop scalable programs that improve clinical and financial outcomes.

You will collaborate with Group, Division, and facility CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders to advance enterprise-wide anesthesia strategy and growth. Extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership of anesthesia services across divisions.
• Development and stabilization of new and existing programs.
• Management of personnel and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead anesthesia services, operations, compliance and expense management.
• Launch and operationalize new anesthesia programs with staffing plans.
• Identify underperforming operations and design turnaround plans.
• Establish dashboards, benchmarks and KPIs for sustainable operations.
• Support physician recruitment and infrastructure development.
• Build relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
