Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Sumter, SC is seeking a Mission Critical Shipping Associate with a CDL Class A to join our team on the 1st shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.). You will pack and ship orders, perform shipping transactions, and keep inventory accurate using Eaton systems.

The role requires strong communication, forklift certification, and the ability to work independently while meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals. Eligible for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CDL Class A license is required.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit; 50-mile radius eligibility applies.

Responsibilities

• Pack, ship, and prepare orders with paperwork.
• Manage shipping paperwork and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when certified.
• Communicate with carrier and team to meet safety and quality goals.
• Support process improvements and root-cause analyses when issues arise.
