Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Material Controller for 1st shift in Sumter, SC. The role focuses on receiving shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting production with timely material flow.

Key tasks include cycle counts, shipping paperwork, and Lean-driven process improvements. Requires forklift certification, 2 years in related manufacturing roles, and ability to work the 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. shift.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in shipping, receiving, inventory, or related field.
• Forklift certification required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Resident within Sumter area (within 50 miles) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive shipments and process transactions to ensure accurate inventory.
• Coordinate cycle counts and analyze variances for accuracy.
• Receive, store, stage and issue materials for production needs.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and related documents.
• Pack and label materials to minimize damage in shipment.
• Support Lean initiatives and improve quality and safety.
• Follow 5S standards to keep work area organized.
