Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a Branch Associate to support lending activities at our Bridgeville location. You will process credit loan applications, present solutions to customers, and help keep daily branch operations compliant and efficient.

Role requires three years in customer service or sales, HS diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication. Base pay is $19.44–$25.27 per hour with a competitive incentive program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in customer service or sales with two years in consumer lending/financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to meet KPIs.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.
• Work is performed at the assigned branch location unless emergencies allow for deviation.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Proactively contact past-due customers to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Maintain a cash drawer and handle payments and deposits.
• Meet or exceed branch sales and product-related KPIs.
• Assist the Branch Manager by preparing reports and maintaining branch compliance.
• Coordinate daily operations in absence of the District Manager.
