Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a branch-focused professional to process credit loan applications, present loan solutions, and actively contribute to branch goals. You will engage customers, manage payments, and support daily operations.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a drive to meet KPIs while complying with federal, state, and local lending laws. This position is based at the Moore, OK location with standard hours; some shifts and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service or sales position, with two (2) years in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Maintain a cash drawer, process payments and deliver daily deposits.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals for company products and services.
• Prepare reports for Branch Manager as needed.
• Maintain branch compliance and coordinate daily operations in absence of manager.
• Learn applicable Consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Perform additional functions based on market demand and staffing.
