Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to join the Compensation team in Columbus, OH.

You will oversee the incentive administration, governance and ongoing management of incentive plans across Business Banking, partnering with HR, Finance and leadership to ensure accurate calculations, reporting and controls. The role emphasizes operational execution, project coordination and complex program administration with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing procedures, process documentation and controls.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and complex calculations.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate plan provisions into practical administration processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting.
• Ability to drive complex work to completion across priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer incentive programs and verify calculations and payouts with Finance.
• Prepare governance activities, plan documentation and eligibility reviews.
• Resolve inquiries and escalations using plan provisions and standards.
• Coordinate implementation activities for plan changes and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with HR, Finance, Sales Strategy and Tech.
• Validate calculations and provide data for reporting and analysis requests.
• Prepare executive summaries and management reporting on incentives.
• Maintain procedures, documentation and administration standards; support audits.
• Identify risks, data quality issues and remediation opportunities.
• Develop scalable solutions to improve accuracy, controls and readiness.
