Job summary

Alexion seeks an Associate Director, Incentive Compensation in Boston, MA (hybrid 3x weekly) to lead end-to-end incentive programs for the Hem/Neph division. You will partner with Business Operations, HR, Legal, Finance and other functions to design, administer and benchmark rewards, and to automate performance reporting and calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or related field.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in rare disease.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Understanding of incentive compensation plans (commission, goals, MBO).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and urgency in solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer strategic field-based incentive compensation programs for US Hem/Neph.
• Conduct complex analysis to support incentive program objectives.
• Benchmark plan designs for market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance data and reporting.
• Lead projects introducing innovative models and methodologies.
• Create communications and training materials for plans.
