• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit & financial information for customers.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Achieve sales targets by selling company products and services.
• Learn Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and handle daily deposits as required.
• Perform additional tasks based on market demand and branch staffing.
