Job summary

Mariner Finance is hiring in Pooler, GA for a customer service/sales role with a base pay of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour and eligibility for a monthly incentive based on performance. The position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

You will handle loan applications, analyze financial information, and help customers with their needs while supporting branch goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to learn financial services programs and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed branch goals related to sales of company products and services.
• Learn applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and handle daily deposits as required.
• Perform additional tasks as market demand requires.
