Camco Manufacturing, founded in 1966 and headquartered in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Warehouse & Receiving Supervisor to oversee inbound operations and drive efficiency across receiving, unloading, and put-away workflows. The role requires leadership experience in distribution, strong knowledge of fulfillment processes, and the ability to manage payroll/timekeeping while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5+ years leadership in distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations (pick/pack/ship).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or payroll systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away operations.
• Ensure inbound shipments are received accurately, timely, and documented.
• Operate and oversee VNA equipment, including put-away and retrieval.
• Manage production requests and material requests to support operations.
• Lead, train, and develop employees; document corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance; drive accountability.
• Review and approve payroll and timekeeping records.
