Job summary

Camco Manufacturing in Greensboro, NC seeks a Warehouse & Receiving Supervisor to oversee inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, put-away, and related processes. You will lead teams, ensure accuracy, and drive safety and productivity goals.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or 3–5+ years leadership in distribution), knowledge of fulfillment workflows, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and D365/WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; 3–5+ years leadership in distribution ops.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations (pick/pack/ship workflows).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar WMS preferred.
• Proven experience handling employee performance management and corrective actions.
• Experience with timekeeping/payroll systems and approvals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away operations.
• Ensure inbound shipments are received accurately and documented.
• Operate and oversee VNA equipment, including put-away and retrieval.
• Manage production and material requests to support internal operations and workflow continuity.
• Lead, train, and develop employees; issue corrective actions as necessary.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance; drive accountability across the shift.
• Review and approve employee payroll and timekeeping records.
• Ensure accurate system transactions and maintain inventory integrity using WMS.
• Coordinate dock schedules, labor planning, and equipment utilization to maximize inbound efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely flow of goods.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and internal warehouse procedures.
• Partner cross-functionally with fulfillment, inventory, production, and transportation teams to ensure seamless product flow.
• Create and deliver daily shift reports, KPI updates, and operational communications.
