Job summary

Camco Manufacturing in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Warehouse & Receiving Supervisor to oversee inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, and put-away, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the shift. The role leads teams, enforces safety and productivity standards, coordinates dock schedules, and maintains inventory integrity using WMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3–5+ years leadership experience in distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations (pick/pack/ship workflows).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and WMS tools such as Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away operations.
• Ensure inbound shipments are received accurately, timely, and documented.
• Coordinate dock schedules, labor planning, and equipment utilization.
• Lead, train, and develop employees; manage attendance and payroll records.
