St. Mary’s Food Bank is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for Receiving and Inbound Operations. The role oversees a shift, ensuring staffing, training, tools, and processes meet productivity, safety, and quality standards for on-time deliveries.

The position requires leadership of receivers and put-away teams, coaching for accuracy, and collaboration with inventory control to minimize loss. A strong background in warehouse operations and safety is essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred or 5+ years related experience.
• Three years of demonstrated warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS software.
• Ability to lead large teams, hire, train, motivate, and resolve employee relations issues.
• Forklift certified; willingness to operate equipment as required.
