Job summary

Feeding Southwest Virginia seeks a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, put-away, and order picking. The role emphasizes safety, inventory control, and teamwork in a Monday–Friday day shift.

Ideal candidates will have forklift experience or certification within six months, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent MS Office skills are expected for inventory records and communications.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Forklift certification required within six months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support receiving, shipping, put-away, and order selection.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness.
• Operate and maintain MHE vehicles per procedures.
• Assist with food storage safety and compliance with regulations.
