The Parts Authority is seeking a Warehouse Inbound Manager to lead inbound distribution, guide 4-5 supervisors and 40-50 team members, and drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency across receiving and stocking operations.

Responsibilities include reviewing metrics, ensuring dock-to-stock within 72 hours, coordinating with Purchasing, and maintaining DOT/OSHA safety standards while fostering a strong customer-service culture in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and high-volume distribution
• Management and team-building experience
• Experience with WMS/inventory systems, RF, and conveyors
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to dynamic order flow
• HS diploma; Associate or Bachelor's preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound distribution and manage 4-5 supervisors and 40-50 team members
• Maintain productivity, efficiency, and customer-service culture in outbound areas
• Review metrics and adjust processes to improve performance
• Ensure receiving, stocking, and PO reconciliation are accurate
• Oversee unloading, dock-to-stock within 72 hours, and inventory control
• Collaborate with Purchasing to optimize procedures and safety compliance
• Maintain safety standards per DOT and OSHA; 5S principles
• Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders
