Job summary

Craft Supplies USA in Provo, Utah is hiring full-time Technical Service Reps to assist customers by phone and in our showroom. No selling involved; inbound calls only. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:15pm, weekends off.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with a bonus program and health insurance. Woodworking experience is a plus, but we will train you. You will help customers with orders, product questions, and live chat, and you’ll restock showroom shelves while keeping the team upbeat and

• Must be computer literate.
• Must communicate well both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and enter customer order information into the computer.
• Help customers with order and product questions.
• Respond to live chat inquiries.
• Learn about our product line and be able to help customers with any questions they may have.
• Help walk-in customers in our showroom.
• Restock showroom shelves with products.
