Job summary

HelloFresh in Dublin Docklands seeks a high-performing supply chain operations professional to own inbound operations and drive improvements. You will lead end-to-end inbound activities to ensure timely ingredient arrivals and collaborate with procurement and technical teams under the Supply Chain Manager.

The role focuses on project delivery, data-driven decision making, cost management, and KPI monitoring, with a hybrid working arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Demonstrable experience in Supply Chain Operations.
• Resilient and able to work under pressure.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent communication and data manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and improve inbound supply chain operations to ensure ingredients arrive in full and on time.
• Optimize inbound processes and identify cross-functional efficiencies.
• Lead project delivery to transform the function and define action plans.
• Analyze internal data to generate ideas and provide recommendations.
• Manage costs and waste, develop new practices.
• Oversee weekly ordering and forecasting processes.
• Build relationships with external suppliers and manage performance.
• Monitor KPIs and balance short-term and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with Inventory Management, Warehouse, Transport, Planning, Finance, Marketing for information sharing.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver optimal outcomes.
