Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to help create a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding items and resolving questions, and keep shelves stocked and organized on the sales floor.

The role requires flexibility for varying shifts, the ability to work with a team, and willingness to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 44 pounds. Training will be provided to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and performing physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize and straighten merchandise on the sales floor; maintain product availability.
• Operate handheld scanners and other devices as needed; support back-up cashier duties.
• Support drive-up/order pickup and other guest services in compliance with policies.
