Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to support a guest-first experience in our General Merchandise team. You will greet guests, help them find items, stock shelves, and ensure accurate pricing and stocking on the sales floor.

This fast-paced, physical role requires teamwork, adaptability and strong communication. Opportunities include assisting with back-up cashier duties and Drive Up, with training provided for skill development.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting and helping others – including guests and team members you work with.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving are key.
• Open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and peak times).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on GM categories and support other duties as needed.
• Operate equipment if certified and handle goods safely and efficiently.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and Drive Up services.
