Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inbound Shipping Clerk in Las Vegas. You will prepare outbound orders, manage related paperwork, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to keep shipments moving smoothly.

The role requires SAP or other WMS experience, intermediate Excel skills, and ability to operate warehouse equipment when certified. Daily English communication and Outlook proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel - intermediate level.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations with equipment like forklifts and order pickers.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and paperwork (BOLS, manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and department leads; coordinate with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Data entry into a warehouse management system; filing documents.
