Job summary

Century Consulting Services, LLC is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in New York. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and prepare analyses for senior reps in a fast-paced debt-relief mission.

This hybrid role offers M-F, 9:30am-6:30pm EST, with 4 days in office and 1 day remote to start; top performers may move toward fully remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and time management are required.
• Excellent listening and ability to implement feedback from management.
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm inbound leads through discovery calls to identify debt relief needs.
• Build rapport and gather key financial details to qualify opportunities.
• Prepare clear financial analyses and hand-off summaries for senior reps.
• Ensure quality hand-offs to achieve strong close rates.
• Comply with all legal and documentation standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
