Job summary

Baudville Brands is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative I & II to deliver exceptional service by handling product and order inquiries, managing quotes and orders, and supporting sales objectives. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism while documenting interactions in NetSuite.

The position is on-site in Grand Rapids, with hours from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years business-to-business sales or equivalent experience desired (Level I).
• 2-5 years business-to-business sales or equivalent experience desired (Level II).
• Role is mainly sedentary and requires prolonged computer use.

Responsibilities

• Resolve all inbound customer inquiries promptly to completion.
• Demonstrate strong customer focus and commitment to quality.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Problem-solve and handle escalated issues appropriately.
• Achieve upselling, average order value, and call conversion targets.
• Maintain records of customer communications in NetSuite notes.
