Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Supervisor, Residential Inbound Sales to lead a team in a fast-paced call center, coaching representatives and driving revenue while upholding the sales process and tools. You will monitor performance, provide timely feedback, conduct regular team meetings, and collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns and remove obstacles to sales.

This role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years of inside sales experience (commercial experience preferred), and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Knowledge of voice, data and television products and services.
• Ability to supervise and motivate others.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily execution of the inbound sales model and oversee team sales activities to meet revenue and performance goals
• Provide coaching and development to Sales Representatives by monitoring interactions, tracking performance metrics, and delivering timely individual feedback
• Monitor calls and performance metrics, provide timely individual feedback and coaching
• Motivate the team and lead regular meetings to review results, share best practices, and reinforce sales behaviors and standards
• Partner with Marketing and other departments to monitor campaign performance, provide post-launch feedback, and remove obstacles to sales execution
• Perform staffing and administrative activities including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, approving time off and timesheets, reconciling commissions, and approving customer credits in line with policy
