Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals for a Dunwoody, GA location. You will use your strategic selling skills, with in‑depth knowledge of company services, to build relationships with customers in a fast‑paced environment.

This role offers base pay plus commission, inbound sales leads (no cold calling), health insurance, and ongoing professional development with hands‑on training.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred!
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Must be motivated by exceeding goals.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Accurate; consistent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries.
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications.
• Input information into internal proprietary move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves.
• Calmly handle customer concerns always displaying professionalism.
• Prepare move-related documents as necessary.
