San Diego Divorce Lawyers, APC™ is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist in San Diego, California. The successful applicant will engage in consultative sales, helping clients navigate their legal needs. Candidates should have extensive B2C sales experience, preferably be bilingual in Spanish, and have the ability to build long-term client relationships. Compensation includes a base pay of $50,000 – $56,000 with additional performance incentives. The role allows for remote work with occasional on-site training and travel.

We are a small, but rapidly growing, Family Law Firm in San Diego, California, looking for a Salesperson with consultative sales experience, preferably Spanish bilingual, but not required. We help people end an unfulfilled marriage, heal their families, and find hope for the future again.

Position Note: This is not a "Customer Service" position. Please do not apply if you do not have extensive B2C sales experience, client‑building relationship experience, and an ability to sell services of at least $10,000 per up-front sale.

Role Overview

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will conduct sales conversations to identify potential clients’ problems or opportunities and, when appropriate, sell them solutions that our firm provides.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients in consultative sales conversations.
• Identify client needs and sell firm solutions up to $10,000 per transaction.
• Build and sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve sales goals and earn performance incentives (up to $20,000) as well as profit‑sharing if firm goals are met.
• Participate in remote work, attend limited on‑site training in San Diego, and travel out of state for training when required.
• Report on sales activities and maintain accurate client records.
