The successful applicant will engage in consultative sales, helping clients navigate their legal needs. Candidates should have extensive B2C sales experience, preferably be bilingual in Spanish, and have the ability to build long-term client relationships. Compensation includes a base pay of $50,000 – $56,000 with additional performance incentives. The role allows for remote work with occasional on-site training and travel.
Qualifications
Extensive B2C sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Experience selling services of at least $10,000 per up-front sale.
Preferably Spanish bilingual; not required.
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate complex client problems with sensitivity.
Results-oriented, high-energy, positive, and self-motivated.
Willingness to collaborate in a team-focused firm culture.
Responsibilities
Engage prospective clients in consultative sales conversations.
