SMB Team is seeking a Client Intake Specialist in Orange, CA. You will be the first friendly voice for qualified leads, guiding them through onboarding and connecting them with our family law services.

Remote/hybrid options available with a base salary of $60,000 and performance-based bonuses. No cold calling and a clear path for growth in a collaborative, energetic environment.

Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>

• Possesses previous sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting<\/li>
  
• Has superior computer skills and data entry abilities<\/li>
  
• Ability to handle objections with compassion and skill<\/li>
  
• Articulate with advanced communication skills by phone and email drafting<\/li>
  
• Exhibits active listening with genuine empathy, but maintaining absolute, authoritative control of a phone call to guide potential clients to a financial and legal solution<\/li>
  
• Displays a high level of personal accountability<\/li>
  
• High School Diploma or its equivalent, office work experience, and a self-directed work ethic<\/li>
