Incite Tax in Utah is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to engage prospective clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling of our tailored financial services. You will nurture leads and turn qualified prospects into paying clients with timely follow-ups.

You will manage inbound calls, schedule discovery meetings, and prepare pricing agreements quickly. We offer a base salary of $60,000 with commission (OTE $120,000) and a W-2 full-time role

• Experience in inbound sales or high-value service sales is a major plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills with rapid response times.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to lead calls and write engaging emails.
• Thrives in a target-driven environment with clear revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Management: field inbound sales calls and engage prospects.
• Tailored consultations: sell tailored financial services after understanding offerings.
• Meeting Scheduling: set up discovery/consultation meetings quickly.
• Rapid Agreement Turnaround: send pricing agreements within 15 minutes of a call.
• Client Onboarding: nurture leads into paying clients with proactive communication.
• Nurture Campaigns: send value-driven emails to at least 250 leads weekly.
• Lead Nurturing: follow up with current leads to stay top-of-mind.
• Industry Acumen: stay updated on tax industry trends and competition.
• Process Innovation: seek to improve sales processes and efficiency.
