Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial consulting, sales, or advising roles.
• Familiarity with federal student loan forgiveness programs is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation over the phone.
• Educate clients on PSLF and IDR programs and guide through the application process.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and compliant with regulations.
• Stay updated on changes to forgiveness programs and regulations.
• Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities.
• Accurately record activities, leads, and interactions in Zoho and monitor pipeline.
