Insight Pest Solutions is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to greet homeowners, educate them about our services, and convert warm leads into recurring pest control agreements.

This in-office role combines strong communication with a performance-based compensation structure, including base pay and commissions. You’ll collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through service completion.

Inbound Sales RepresentativeABOUT US

POSITION: Inbound Sales Representative

This is not your average call center role. As an Inbound Sales Representative with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking for solutions to their pest problems. Your primary focus will be taking warm leads, educating customers on our services, and converting leads into recurring pest control service agreements.

This is a fast-paced, in-office sales environment where success comes from strong communication, confidence, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You’ll work closely with our operations and service teams to create a smooth customer experience from the first call through the completion of service.

If you’re competitive, motivated by commission, and enjoy helping customers while working toward sales goals, this role is a great fit.

PAY

Base Pay: $14-$15/hour
Additional uncapped commission opportunities up to $100K plus

COMMISSION STRUCTURERecurring Service Agreements

Earn4% commissionon first-year contract revenue
Commission is based on serviced contract revenue
Commission is earned once the Initial Service is completed

Long-Term Agreement Incentive

Earn an additional2% commissionon qualifying accounts sold with an18-month or longer service agreement
Total possible commission on qualifying long-term agreements:6%
Additional 2% earned when customers pay “Year in Full” prior to services rendered

Bed Bug Agreements

Earn5% commissionfor selling new bed bug agreements
Applies to new bed bug agreements only (not renewals)

Commission Payment Timing

Commission is calculated per pay period
Commission is paid with the payroll cycle in which the Initial Service is completed
