EchoStar is seeking an Inside Sales & Retention professional in Georgia to handle 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers. Base pay is $34,000 with on-target earnings of $70,000 and top performers earning $100k+.

You’ll influence purchases of TV, internet and wireless services, develop customer relationships with honesty and integrity, and enjoy a path for growth in a Fortune 250 environment, plus comprehensive benefits and exclusive DISH TV discounts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience required.
• Must live in Georgia (Atlanta Metro, Augusta, Columbus, Savannah).
• Full-time; evenings, weekends or holidays may be required.
• Pre-employment screen (drug test etc.).
• Smartphone/device with active network connection.
• Home workspace with wired internet and 2+ monitors.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts for TV, internet, and wireless products.
• Influence customer purchasing decisions by presenting the suite of products/services.
