Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales & Retention professional in Missouri to handle 100% inbound calls, drive revenue, and build lasting customer relationships. Base pay starts at $34,000 with uncapped commissions, aiming for top earners of $100k+ annually.

You will sell TV, internet, and wireless bundles, with opportunities for rapid promotion, a comprehensive benefits package, and exclusive perks like DISH TV discounts. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Must be competitive, motivated by results, and able to handle inbound calls.
• Full-time position; may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Pre-employment screen.
• Smartphone/device with active network connection.
• Home workspace with wired internet (25 Mbps down/2 Mbps up), USB keyboard/mouse/headset/webcam, and 2+ monitors.
• Employee covers setup costs unless required by law.
