Job summary

Qualifications

3–5 years of warehouse or distribution supervision, ideally in inbound/receiving.
Experience managing a team of 20+, including temporary labor.
Working knowledge of a WMS/ERP system (receiving, putaway, inventory adjustments).
Strong with Excel and basic productivity metrics.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including peak-season overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Receive and put away inbound goods, ensuring timely posting in the system.
Lead daily unloads, coordinate dock activities, and keep dock-to-stock times tight.
Maintain inventory accuracy with ICQA collaboration and regular cycle counts.
Oversee rework, OS&D, and parts handling to support production demand.
Coach 30+ associates, onboard temps, and manage performance conversations.
Enforce safe forklift and dock practices and keep the receiving area audit-ready.
