The Staff Pad is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Receiver II in Dallas, TX to lead daily receiving operations, inspect shipments, and ensure accuracy and safety in all processes. Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse receiving or logistics experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
• Associate degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners (preferred)
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and warehouse safety practices (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills (preferred)
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the receiving team to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming shipments
• Inspect deliveries against purchase orders and shipping documents to verify accuracy and quality
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies
• Enforce company policies and safety standards throughout receiving operations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve performance and efficiency
• Schedule and prioritize receiving activities to maintain smooth workflows and effective resource allocation
• Track and report receiving performance, operational issues, and improvement opportunities to warehouse management
