Job summary

QED, founded in Denver in 1987, invites applications for a Warehouse Associate-Receiving in Aurora, CO. This full-time role runs 6:30am-3:00pm, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour. You will prepare, pack, ship and receive orders, keep areas organized, and support cross-department collaboration.

You’ll use receiving software, verify items, and help maintain inventory accuracy. The position requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: pick, pack and prepare shipments per customer orders.
• Shipping coordination: label documents and prep products for transport.
• Inspect incoming goods for defects and report issues.
• Update inventory systems with received items and label storage locations.
• Complete receiving logs and maintain accurate records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Coordinate with receiving, shipping, inventory, and QC for smooth workflow.
• Organize receiving area and maintain cleanliness.
• Process returns and coordinate with vendors for replacements or credits.
• Other duties as assigned.
