Allied OneSource, LLC. is seeking an energetic Sales Representative (Warm Leads) for our call center. You will handle inbound, warm-lead calls, build rapport, assess needs, and close sales over the phone. Expect a fast-paced, phone-based selling environment with roughly 100 inbound calls weekly.

Training-based hourly pay transitions to commission-based compensation, with total earnings projected in the advertised range based on performance. Strong communication and CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close sales by phone (inbound call center sales preferred).
• Strong communication skills—confident, professional, and persuasive.
• Comfortable handling a high call volume and staying organized throughout the day.
• Reliable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work within CRM/phone systems.

Responsabilités

• Answer and manage inbound calls from warm leads (approximately 100 calls/week).
• Build quick rapport, ask discovery questions, and recommend the right solution.
• Close sales over the phone and accurately document outcomes in the system.
• Follow call flow/sales scripts while keeping conversations natural and customer-focused.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (conversion rate, revenue, quality metrics).
• Maintain compliance with company policies and any applicable call/consumer regulations.
• Collaborate with team leads and participate in coaching to continuously improve performance.
