Job summary

Royal Canin, a division of Mars, Incorporated, seeks a Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Logistics Specialist in Fremont, NE. The role handles daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accurate receiving, documentation, and safe storage within the WMS environment.

You will manage dock activities, perform quality checks, and work with cross-functional teams to keep shipments flowing smoothly while upholding safety standards and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with warehouse operations and inbound/outbound logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments safely.
• Verify codes, quantities, and documents against POs; inspect items for damage.
• Enter receipts and movements in WMS and related systems (I-Track, RCLMS, ITMS).
• Label, scan, and stage inventory; enforce FIFO/FEFO.
• Coordinate dock door schedules and load tendering; assist with invoicing.
• Support safety and quality compliance and act as backup for Warehouse Lead.
