Job summary

Royal Canin, a Mars, Incorporated division, is seeking an Inbound Logistics Operator for our Fremont, Nebraska facility. This role manages inbound/outbound shipments, dock/yark operations, and ERP/WMS tasks to ensure continuous manufacturing flow.

Responsibilities include scheduling, SAP/JDA transactions, carrier coordination, reporting, and maintaining dock/receiving documentation. Shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years in shipping/receiving, warehouse logistics, freight dispatch, or transportation coordination.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP/WMS/transportation systems (e.g., SAP, JDA/Blue Yonder) preferred.
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

Inbound & outbound appointment scheduling and master calendar maintenance.
Perform SAP/JDA transactions: shipment confirmations, trailer check-in/out, inventory receiving.
Oversee dock/yard management, carrier flow, and reduce congestion.
Coordinate with affiliates, customer care, receiving, and plant operations.
Monitor receiving window, gate logs, scales, and safety protocols.
Prepare daily shipping/receiving reports and support billing/invoicing.
Maintain shipping supplies, BOLs, seals, and receiving docs.
Support shift supervisors and cross-functional teams.
