Job summary

Royal Canin, a division of Mars, Incorporated, is hiring a Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Logistics Specialist at our Fremont, NE plant. The role handles inbound/outbound shipments, raw goods warehousing, dock flow, and data entry in the Warehouse Management System to ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and storage while upholding safety and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate will manage carrier communications, support inventory control with FIFO/FEFO rotation, and back up the Warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use digital systems (e.g., inventory databases).
• Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and PO documentation.
• Enter receipts and inventory movements into the WMS (I-Track, RCLMS, ITMS).
• Label, scan, sort, and stage inventory per FIFO/FEFO rules.
• Manage load tendering, dock schedules, and invoicing updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, transportation, and shift leads.
