Job summary

Royal Canin, a division of Mars Petcare, seeks a Warehouse Inbound/Outbound Logistics Specialist in Fremont, NE. You will oversee daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accurate receiving, inspection, and safe storage in the WMS while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams, support dock door flow, and ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation, with opportunities for growth within a global petcare leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or email.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for inbound/outbound shipments and drivers.
• Safely unload inbound shipments and verify quantities and PO docs.
• Record receipts, movements, and shipping confirmations in WMS systems.
• Label, scan, and stage inventory following FIFO/FEFO rotation.
• Manage load tendering, dock schedules, and invoicing updates.
• Coordinate with purchasing, transportation, and shift leads to resolve discrepancies.
• Support Warehouse Lead and shift leads with daily tasks and reporting.
• Follow all safety SOPs and maintain a clean receiving area.
