Job summary

AFP Seals & Gaskets is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will own the receiving process, inspect inbound materials, and keep precise records for all movements. You will prepare outbound orders, validate quality, and coordinate with parcel or LTL carriers.

You will also update the ERP, stage materials for next-day work orders, and operate electric forklifts. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in shipping/receiving, plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years in shipping/receiving.
• Proficiency with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager; UPS Ozlink experience.
• Forklift licensed; experience on electric forklifts.
• Ability to read safety, operating and shipping procedures; blueprint literacy a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math, quality mindset, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the receiving process: unpack, count, inspect, document shortages, and refuse damaged freight.
• Maintain accurate records for inbound/outbound movements and documentation.
• Prepare outbound orders and validate quality before handing off to carriers.
• Handle returns of damaged/defective goods as needed.
• Update the ERP with real‑time transactions and inform production scheduler.
• Stage and pull materials to support next‑day work orders; operate forklifts safely.
