Qualifications

• Able to use systems such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Clear communication by phone and email.
• Must resolve transaction errors with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by assigning workload through SWOP/SAP EWM for inventory, inbound, and outbound functions.
• Arrange trailer movements using PINC/SWOP and align trailers with shipping and receiving doors.
• Perform audits of PINC, bills of lading, ICC, and quality processes.
• Communicate workload matters to achieve daily business objectives.
• Resolve flow issues raised by frontline employees to minimize downtime.
• Compile daily workload-status and past-due-carrier reports.
• Ensure flow procedures are followed by frontline employees and internal and external sources.
• Support operational initiatives, projects, continuous improvement, facility guidelines, processes, and SOPs.
• Attend mandatory training sessions.
• Support inventory control, order maintenance, FIFO, and fill-rate activities.
• Manage order packets, pending/hold management, and pre-pick activities to ship customer orders.
• Ensure site security by answering after-hours front-gate calls.
• Perform other assigned projects and duties.

Requirements
