Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Complies with safety requirements for distribution centers.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound operations lead and coach staff to complete work.
• Organize inbound freight, receiving dock, stocking, and safety protocols.
• Adhere to security and safety rules for a safe environment.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Mentor associates to solve problems and improve operations.
• Investigate and resolve receiving errors with the team.
• Protect assets and ensure proper receipts for merchandise.
• Reconcile received loads daily and perform put-away procedures.
