Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Watsonville, CA to lead hourly team members, ensure a guest-first experience, and drive sales with effective workload planning and merchandising execution.

You will coach, train, and evaluate staff, manage stock accuracy, pricing, and displays, and support fulfillment and backroom operations as needed. This role offers a dynamic retail environment and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible, variable schedule including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach hourly team members to deliver a guest-first experience.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store priorities and sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising, signing, pricing, and stock accuracy on the sales floor.
• Support backroom organization, pick/pack/ship fulfillment if applicable, and incident reporting.
